Mr.Pines has been an executive in the media and technology industries and most recently served as Vice President of Marketing for a leading media company. He brings broad experience in marketing & technology, as well as diverse integrative & operational experience to Pintoresco Advisors.
Mr. Robin Brown serves as an industry advisor to Pintoresco and our clients. He brings 12 years global telecoms experience in Europe and South East Asia having worked for asset management, management consultancy and telecoms providers.
Mr. Kopstein is a managing director with Pintoresco Advisors and serves a wide variety of clients' needs for the firm. He has more than twenty years experience in technology corporate/business development, M & A, finance, equity research, and early stage venture capital.
Mr. Brown serves as an industry advisor to Pintoresco and our clients. He brings 12 years global telecoms experience in Europe and South East Asia having worked for asset management, management consultancy and telecoms providers. He has an in depth knowledge of the technologies used by all levels of telecommunications companies.
Most recently, as a top executive of one of the UK’s fasted growing privately owned technology companies, Mr. Brown advised on network infrastructure projects and developed cost savings and partnerships whilst managing the integration of two acquisitions. Mr. Brown’s experience comes from working with leading telecommunications providers and is capable of providing an in depth analysis of the technology and clients within a business to provide a true picture of what your company or your acquisition target is involved in.
Experienced in the negotiation of complex industry agreements, bilateral contracts and property leases, Mr Brown has managed the integration of multiple, significant acquired assets. Specifically focusing on cost management and network integration projects, Mr. Brown has the capability to deliver a closer understanding of what is actually happening within technology companies. His strong group of high level industry contacts in telecommunications and financial institutions is an invaluable asset to Pintoresco and our clients.
Mr. Brown earned his BSc. in International Studies, Economics Major and Politics Minor at Leeds University, England.
