Mr.Pines has been an executive in the media and technology industries and most recently served as Vice President of Marketing for a leading media company. He brings broad experience in marketing & technology, as well as diverse integrative & operational experience to Pintoresco Advisors.
Mr. Robin Brown serves as an industry advisor to Pintoresco and our clients. He brings 12 years global telecoms experience in Europe and South East Asia having worked for asset management, management consultancy and telecoms providers.
Mr. Kopstein is a managing director with Pintoresco Advisors and serves a wide variety of clients' needs for the firm. He has more than twenty years experience in technology corporate/business development, M & A, finance, equity research, and early stage venture capital.

He has more than twenty years experience in technology corporate/business development, M & A, finance, equity research, and early stage venture capital. Mr. Kopstein is a former Wall Street equity research analyst with Alex Brown (now Deutsche Bank) where he covered telecommunications equipment and network infrastructure. Companies covered included Lucent, Nortel, Broadcom, JDS Uniphase, CIENA, and Juniper Networks. He's held various senior finance and M&A positions with Pacific Telesis, AirTouch, and MFS Communications (where he co-led the finance due diligence team for the $2.6B acquisition of Brooks Fiber in October 1997). Mr. Kopstein was VP Corp Dev and senior M&A advisor to Precision Response Corporation (PRC) from 1999 to 2004, where he sourced and co-managed the acquisitions of Access Direct and Hancock Information Group. He co-founded PRC's online call center division PRCNetcare which was a key driver in the companyís sale to Barry Dillerís Interactive Corporation (NASDAQ: IACI) in 2000 for over $700M.
Since 2004, Mr. Kopstein has been an active hand-on investor and consultant for various consumer internet, software, and communications start-ups including Palore, The Voice Internet, Evant (sold to Manhattan Associates MANH in 2005), CineGoGo, and Violin Memory (IPO 2013). Elliott is senior advisor to C3/CustomerContactChannels, a leading call center and business process outsourcer (BPO) based in South Florida. He was Managing Director at Endeavor Advisory Group, a boutique strategy/advisory firm based in New York City where he headed up the firm's San Francisco office.
Mr. Kopstein is a CPA and received his MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management. He serves on the Board of Directors of PlayGround, a nonprofit organization dedicated to cultivating aspiring playwrights in the San Francisco Bay Area.
